Shubharambh 2.0

For all Rotaractors, the Installation Ceremony is one of the most anticipated events. Every new Rotaract term begins with optimism and enthusiasm as we welcome new people, visions, ideas, and perspectives.

Our Installation Ceremony was named "Shubharambh" since the word "Shubh" signifies auspiciousness and "Aarambh" indicates a new beginning. The name is derived from the fact that it is a ceremony to acknowledge the new Board of Directors and the new Core Committee. In this ceremony, the past leaders pass on their responsibilities to a new group of Rotaractors—their successors—who boldly accept the responsibilities for the new term.

The ceremony began with the welcoming of the chief guest, Rtn. Nitin Thorat, the President of Rotary Club of Ambad, and the Guest of Honour, Rtr. Mukul Satbhai.

It was a mesmerizing evening in which the new leaders took upon their responsibilities to help lead the upcoming initiatives for the community with all our fellow Rotaractors.

Smiling hearts, joy, leadership, motivation, empowerment, livelihood, friendships, networking, and community building were the real takeaways from the Installation ceremony of NYF 2022–23 for all the Rotaractors.
