Minutes of the Meeting

1. The meeting was called to order by both Club Presidents, Rtr. Sahil Racca (RAC NYF) and Rtr. Amar Singh (RAC TCET).  

2. A brief introduction and overview of both clubs were provided to the respective club members.

3. Core Committees and Boards of Directors (BODs) from both clubs were introduced.

4. Both clubs presented summary videos highlighting:

   - Club events in review

   - Various avenues

   - Key achievements

5. Upcoming events were announced by Vice President Rtr. Kuntesh Mahajan (RAC NYF) and Secretary Rtr. Sumit Sharma (RAC TCET).

6. Dates for upcoming joint events were discussed and finalized.

7. Rtr. Sumit Sharma (RAC TCET) delivered the vote of thanks.
