Expert Talk

In our quest to give leaders to the community, the team of Rotaract Club of Nasik Youth Force had arranged a leadership talk 'A Major's Guide to Leadership' hosted by Major DK Zarekar, on 6th March 2021 at Tulsi Eye Hospital. The event was also streamed to a larger live audience on Instagram. Maj. Zarekar has been a crucial figure in extending the vision of Rotary International in Nashik. With his cabinet of innumerable achievements and profound experiences in life, Maj Zarekar proved to be a compelling force in inspiring the natural leaders within the audience. He pointed out serval aspects and qualities that are necessary for becoming a good leader and stressed on the parts of how these aspects and qualities could be inculcated and put into action in order to achieve the desired results. Apart from this, he highlighted the importance of leadership quality along with the importance of good leaders around the world. The team of Rotaract Club of Nashik Youth Force is grateful for your active participation in this project and making it a very successful event. We hope that this event sparked the sense of confidence within the audience.
