Rotaract Club of Nasik Youth Force Hosts Seminar on Postpartum Depression and Newborn Nutrition.
On April 27th, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Nasik Youth Force organized an impactful seminar focusing on postpartum depression and nutrition awareness for newborns, mothers, and expecting mothers. The event was part of the district initiative ASHA KI DOR: Matru evam Navjaat Suraksha and took place at Arogya Upkendra, Navedhagaur.
The seminar was led by Dr. Shreya Golechha, who highlighted essential topics such as self-care for mothers, proper breastfeeding techniques, and the benefits of using baby products with fewer chemicals🤱🏻. As a part of the initiative, the club distributed baby care kits to the village community, providing essentials for the well-being of newborns✨.
Additionally, Dr. Golechha conducted a calming meditation session, focusing on mental wellness for the women in attendance🧘🏻♀.
The event was aimed at empowering mothers, improving newborn care, and fostering a healthier and more aware community🌸.
