About the event
Advait bharat is a Rotaract International District 3012 project started by the P.G.D.A.V. Eve. Rotaract Club. The main goal of this project is to learn more about our beautiful states, including intriguing facts, traditions, dishes, culture, and many other things that are absolutely new to us, all through a virtual tour. This project will focus on one state per month, hosting exciting and interactive online sessions that will include conversations, a presentation display, and several other activities with other clubs. The state of Maharashtra was picked for the month of September. Online meetings are arranged by collaborating with various clubs which helps in increasing the diversity of cultural knowledge. Online fellowship allows you to form new professional and social connections, giving members of various clubs just another incentive to appreciate and enjoy their state's distinctiveness. As a result, it provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about a state, its culture, traditions, cuisines, and facts from its own people. On September 17th, 2021, the first online meeting under “PROJECT ADVAIT BHARAT” was held. The "Rotaract Club of PGDAV Eve" in partnership with the "Rotaract Club of Panvel Industrial Town" and the "Rotaract Club of Nasik Youth Force" organised the event. An initiative dedicated to know our country better was launched in September, and Maharashtra was chosen as the state of the month. The rationale for choosing Maharashtra also corresponds with the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, which is particularly significant for Maharashtra residents in the month of September. The picturesque states in the southern half of our country, particularly Maharashtra, are unknown to most North Indians. The desire to learn about Maharashtra is very strong among Delhi residents. Fun activities and games were planned for the celebration, and everyone shared their trip memories and passion for their culture and state. Overall, the fellowship event was a big success, and all the participants learned a lot about different areas and cultures in Maharashtra that they would like to visit.
